Confirm with a test kit
A Smart Strip Test Kit lets you compare products on the actual coating before choosing one for full-project planning. Give each product its own small test area.

Read the product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Wear the protective equipment they require.

Choose a small, inconspicuous area. Apply the product to an area approximately 125 mm x 125 mm at the thickness stated on the label. If comparing products, give each product its own test area.

Cover the wet product with Dumond Laminated Paper, printed side out. Smooth it lightly and tape all edges.

Check the patch after 1-24 hours. Note the time, temperature, humidity and weather.

Starting at one corner, gently scrape beneath the remover and paper, then lift the paper, remover and loosened coating together.

Immediately scrub the test area with a pad and water.

Check the removal result and any effect on the underlying surface before proceeding.
